Korean BBQ and hot pot restaurant to open in town, serve liquor

The business is located on State Road.
Connecticut-based restaurant chain Hungry Pot, which owns five other locations, plans to open a new spot in Dartmouth on State Road, in the space that Azuma Asian Bistro occupied.
The owners and their attorney went before the Select Board Oct. 2 to request a liquor license, which was approved by the Select Board. The license will now go to the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission.
The business plans to open the last week of November.
The company’s first location, the Hungry Crab, is located in Hartford, Connecticut.
