Learn about ospreys with the Lloyd Center

Educator/Naturalist Amanda Palmer with the Lloyd Center will be teaching all about ospreys for the Center’s Osprey Adventures event on Saturday, June 15.

Participants will learn about the life and history of these “sea hawks” and experience what it’s like to be a wildlife biologist studying these birds of prey. 

This program will take place on Saturday, June 15, 10 a.m. to noon. 

The event will cost Lloyd Center members $10 for an individual and $30 for a family of four. For non-members, the price is $13 for an individual and $39 for a family of four.

Space is limited to 20. All ages welcome. Pre-registration is required by Thursday, June 13, at 3 p.m.

Participants should meet at the Lloyd Center’s Bond House Classroom at 430 Potomska Road, wear comfortable trail shoes, and bring bug spray and sunscreen.
