Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the After the Fact Notice of Intent from Ronald Oliveira for wetland restoration in the Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland on land described as Map 125 Lot 7 or 673 Tucker Road. The Conservation Commission has voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the 2023 legislation further extending the virtual option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
