Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in Meeting Room 304, Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA on the petition of Heidi Reichenbach Harring and Vaughn Fraiser Harring, Trustees who are seeking a Special Permit to raze an existing detached garage and construct an approximately 28’x 22’ garage in same footprint with a 2 nd floor which will contain a home office and full bathroom. (Article 8, Section 375-8.3 Special Permit Uses B B(1). The property is located at 29 Nonquitt Avenue in the Single Residence B District and identified on Assessor’s Map 99 Lot 9.
