The applicant is seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Section 18.3.F of the Zoning Bylaws to allow the construction of a 15-unit residential development for senior housing (age 55+). The application is brought forth by Jamie Bissonnette of Zenith Consulting Engineers on behalf of the landowner Saed Dib. The subject property is located at 813 State Road and shown on Town Assessor’s Map 163 Lot 63 and Lot 62 in the General Business District.

The hearing concerns the utility pruning of trees along all of Tucker Road, which is a scenic road, as well as the removal of select hazard trees along Tucker Road and Reed Road, also a scenic road, as submitted by Eversource Energy.
