Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the After-the-Fact Notice of Intent from Mark White c/o Richard Rheaume for maintenance of a golf course, adding drainage to greens and fairways, reshaping sand hazards, reconstruction of greens including adding sub-drains within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and Inland Bank on land described as Map 177, Lot 88 or 585 Slocum Road. Upgrades for the Elswick Street Pump Station
and Route 6 Pump Station
The objective of this IFB is Work of this Contract comprises the construction of various improvements and upgrades to the Elswick Street Pump Station and Route 6 Pump Station in the Town of Dartmouth. The project includes, but not limited to the following work at each pump station:
• Removal and disposal of two suction lift pumps, one back-up gas engine, pump controls, piping, and valves in the pump station and wet well, various electrical equipment, 500-gallon LP gas aboveground storage tank and related appurtenances.
• Abandonment of wet well and various repairs to the pump station aboveground building.
• Furnish and installation of new submersible pumps, wet well, valve vault, piping and valves, electric generator, electrical and instrumentation work.
Sealed filed Sub-Bids designated herein must be received by the Town of Dartmouth DPW, 759 Russells Mills Road, Dartmouth, MA until 10:30 A.M., July 11, 2025, and at that time and place shall be opened and read aloud publicly. Sub-Bids are required for Electrical.
Sealed General Bids must for Upgrades for the Elswick Street Pump Station and Route 6 Pump Station, must be received by the Town of Dartmouth DPW, 759 Russells Mills Road, Dartmouth, MA 02748 until 10:30 A.M., on August 1, 2025, and at that time and place shall be opened and read aloud publicly.
Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 26, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. for both General Contractors and Filed Subbidders at the Town of Dartmouth DPW, 759 Russells Mills Road, Dartmouth, MA. Site visits will be held after the meeting.
Contract Documents (plans and specifications) will be available on and after June 18, 2025, and may be viewed but not removed at the Town of Dartmouth Department of Public Works (DPW), 759 Russells Mills Road, Dartmouth, MA 02748 every weekday except on holidays between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.
