HOMEBUYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts invites qualified responders to submit proposals to provide consultant services for its Homebuyer Assistance Program in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) document. Proposals will be received by the Town Administrator’s Office (Room 303), 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA 02747, until 2:00 PM local time on Monday, July 14, 2025. All proposals shall be addressed and delivered to: ATTN: Town Administrator’s Office, Town of Dartmouth, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA 02747. Proposal packages may be obtained from the Town website at https://town.dartmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx or from COMMBUYS at https://www.commbuys.com/bso/. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town to do so.

FOR DESIGN SERVICES
COUNCIL ON AGING KITCHEN AREA RENOVATION PROJECT
The Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, invites qualified firms to submit sealed applications to provide design services for the Town of Dartmouth’s Council on Aging Kitchen Area Renovation Project. All firms must submit in conformance with the Request for Qualifications. This RFQ shall be governed by the designer selection law, M.G.L. c. 7C, §§44-58. Responses must be submitted to the Town Administrator’s Office (Room 303), Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA 02747, by 2:00 p.m. local time on July 14, 2025. All responses shall be addressed and delivered to: ATTN: Town Administrator’s Office, Town of Dartmouth, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA 02747. Documents associated with this RFQ will be available on the Town website at https://town.dartmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx or from COMMBUYS at https://www.commbuys.com/bso/ starting June 26, 2025, at 8:30am.
