COMMUNITY OUTREACH MEETING

Apotho Therapeutics Notice is hereby given by Apotho Therapeutics Dartmouth Manufacturing, Inc (Apotho Therapeutics) that a Community Outreach Meeting for a proposed Marijuana Cultivation and Manufacturing License is scheduled for Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 at 6:30PM and will be held at the North Branch Library, located at 211 Cross Road, North Dartmouth, MA 02747, in the Suzanne E. McDonald Community Room, and is open to the public. The proposed Licensee is anticipated to be located at 757 State Road Dartmouth MA, 02747. There will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions. The meeting will cover at a minimum the following topics: a) the proposed location and the type of the Marijuana Establishment with zoning compliance information; b) the building being moved into [and the proposed buildout, If any], and compliance with security requirements as outlined by 935 CMR 500 et seq. )the Massachusetts adult-use marijuana regulations); c) steps taken by Apotho Therapeutics Dartmouth Manufacturing, lnc to prevent the diversion of marijuana to minors; d) Apotho Therapeutics Dartmouth Manufacturing, Inc’s plan to positively impact the local community; and; e) information demonstrating how Apotho Therapeutics Dartmouth Manufacturing, Inc intends to ensure that the location will not constitute a nuisance to the community as defined by the law. Directions for finding the meeting location:

1. Navigate to North Branch Library, located at 211 Cross Road, Dartmouth, MA 02747

2. Upon arrival, enter through the main entrance of the North Branch Library.

3. The meeting will be held in the Suzanne E. McDonald Community Room. On the day of the meeting, directions to the room will be available on-site.

4. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30PM.

A copy of this notice is filed with the town or city clerk, the planning board, the contracting authority for the municipality, and the local licensing authority for adult use of Cannabis, if applicable. A copy of this notice was mailed at least seven calendar days prior to the community outreach meeting to the abutters of the proposed address of the Marijuana Establishment, the owners of the land directly opposite on any public or private street way and the abutters to the abutters within three hundred feet of the property line of the petitioner as they appear in the most recent applicable tax list, notwithstanding that the land of any such owner is located in another city or town. NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Paul Bourgeois to construct a single family house with associated driveway, utilities, grading and landscaping within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland, on land described as Map 165, Lot 42 or 80 Slade Street. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday March 25, 2025. Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Josef Tatelbaum c/o David Davignon to re-construct the northern stone jetty within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, over previously disturbed Coastal Beach and Coastal Bank resources and within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to Coastal Bank, on land described as Map 124, Lots 8 and 13 or 31 Mosher Street. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. Ed.), you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held by the Select Board of the Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, on April 7, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in Room 304 of Town Hall. This hearing is in response to a petition submitted by NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy to install an additional 115kV transmission line within Eversource’s Right of Way #143. The proposed transmission lines will cross above the following public ways: Collins Corner Road, Flagg Swamp Road, and High Hill Road.
All interested parties are invited to attend and provide input.
