All bids must be submitted to the Department of Parks & Recreation, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA 02747 in a sealed envelope marked with the contents, “Guard Rail and Fence Replacement” no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened.

The hearing concerns an application for a Special Permit for an existing 55-Unit 55+ Residential Apartment Building located at 676 Dartmouth Street, Dartmouth, Massachusetts (Assessor’s Map 133 Lot 241) brought forth by Michael McVeigh, Esq. on behalf of Dartmouth Amelia LLC. The proposed project is being reviewed under Article 24.3.B - Special Permit/Reduction in Required Number of Parking Spaces. The applicant is requested a reduction from the 110 parking spaces required per Article 18 of the Dartmouth Zoning By-Law. Farland Corp. prepared the plans.

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Thursday October 30, at 5:00 P.M. on the petition of Genny Reynolds who is seeking a Variance for front setback relief of 11.9 feet from the required 20-foot setback from the street. The request pertains to a proposed 576 sq. ft. addition to an existing single-family dwelling originally constructed in 1950.
