The hearing concerns a Definitive Subdivision Plan entitled “Linda Estates”, which proposes to create a one-lot subdivision at the property of 0 White Oak Run, Dartmouth, MA and identified on Assessor’s Map 31 Lot 16-4.
The plan was prepared by Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC for applicant Ben Reis for land owned by Michael Bowden.
