The hearing concerns an application for a Special Permit for an existing 55-Unit 55+ Residential Apartment Building located at 676 Dartmouth Street, Dartmouth, Massachusetts (Assessor’s Map 133 Lot 241) brought forth by Michael McVeigh, Esq. on behalf of Dartmouth Amelia LLC.
