Police arrested a New Bedford man they say allegedly exposed his genitals to two different woman in two different retail parking lots in Dartmouth on Valentine’s Day.

Police said the suspect, 25-year-old Noah Garris, was identified after patrol officers gathered statements and vehicle information, and reviewed video footage.

After an arrest warrant was secured, Garris was taken into custody without incident on Feb. 15 outside of his home and charged with open and gross lewdness.

“I applaud my patrol officers, detectives, and dispatchers for the quick identification and arrest of this sick individual,” Police Chief Brian Levesque said. “There is absolutely no place for this brazen and predatory behavior in our town, and I assure the citizens that I, along with every member of this department, will use every available resource to swiftly take individuals, such as Garris, out of circulation.”
