After canceling its popular Greek Festival due to the threat of EEE, St. George Greek Orthodox Church is introducing a new “Taste of Greece” event on October 19 and 20.

The event will be held at the Church’s 186 Cross Rd. location, and will feature plenty of traditional Greek foods like gyros, chicken soulvlaki, spinach pie, pastichiou, baklava, almond rolls, koulourakia, and more. 

Traditional Greek music will also be performed. It will be held at the Church’s Cultural Center building and in an outdoor tent. 

Event hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on October 19, and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on October 20.
