Some roads in Padanaram will receive a makeover starting on August 7.

The impacted streets include, Franklin Street, High Street, Winter Street, Chestnut Street (Stillman Street to School Street), Summer Street, School Street (Elm Street to Chestnut Street), Cleveland Street, Pleasant Street (School Street to Freemont Street).

During the construction there will be appropriate detours posted. While the work is occurring, there will be no street parking.

The road work is expected to last through September 22 and go from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
