Science Heroes assemble
Calling all young adventurers — it’s time to level up.
Science Heroes will visit the Dartmouth Public Libraries on Tuesday, July 15, taking kids on a high-energy mission to solve puzzles and create games using the power of science.
No registration is required for this interactive show, which will be held at 1:30 p.m. at Southworth Library, 732 Dartmouth Street, and again at 4 p.m. at the North Branch Library, 211 Cross Road.
The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Dartmouth Libraries.

A magical invitation
Wands at the ready. Jungle Jim’s Wizard Academy Training will be making a stop in Dartmouth for a spellbinding experience inspired by the world of Harry Potter.
Best for ages 3 to 12, this interactive show invites young witches and wizards to take part in the fun on Tuesday, July 22. Performances will be held at 1:30 p.m. at Southworth Library and 4 p.m. at the North Branch Library.
The show is free and no registration is required. It is sponsored by the Friends of the Dartmouth Libraries and supported in part by a grant from the Dartmouth Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.

Popcorn and circus antics
Expect the unexpected when the Popcorn! Circus Show rolls into town.
With a mix of circus arts, silly stunts and spontaneous comedy, this action-packed event promises laughs and surprises for the whole family.
Performances will be held Tuesday, July 29 at 1:30 p.m. at Southworth Library and 4 p.m. at the North Branch Library. No registration required.

Join the band
Grab a seat or an instrument and get ready to rock with the Cool Banana Wig concert.
Known for its homemade instruments and kid-friendly jams, the band invites children to become part of the show in this lively and interactive concert.
Catch the performance at 10:30 a.m. at the North Branch Library and at 1 p.m. at Southworth Library on Tuesday, August 5. No registration is required.
