Support the Lloyd Center for the Environment and their educational programs at Barnes & Noble in Dartmouth, MA on Saturday, October 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Lloyd Center for the Environment will hold several events and programs during the fair, including a presentation and up-close owl encounter of the Center’s resident screech owl Koko, a costume contest, Halloween crafts, and more. This event is free and open to the public.

Barnes & Noble will contribute a percentage of every sale made on October 13 to the Lloyd Center. Vouchers will be available online at the Lloyd Center’s website, www.lloydcenter.org, in hard copy at the Lloyd Center for the Environment, or by simply mentioning you’re supporting the Lloyd Center when you check-out at the register.  Supporters can also shop online at www.bn.com/bookfairs from Saturday, October 13 to Thursday, October 18 and include the Bookfair voucher ID #12402400 on the payment page during checkout.

In addition, the vouchers can be used at any Barnes & Noble store throughout the country from October 13 through 18.

A percentage of book fair sales will underwrite the Center’s environmental science programs. The Lloyd Center staff will be able to create a wish list of titles to enhance their library collection. These books will be featured on an in-store wish list display for purchase for the Center’s library.
