There’s a lot happening in Dartmouth in any given week, here’s what’s coming up.

Friday, July 8

Farmers’ Market offers local produce

The Dartmouth Farmers’ Market will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. Friday, July 8 on the lawn at St. Mary’s Parish Center, 789 Dartmouth St. 

The market offers locally raised meats and eggs, locally grown produce and flowers and crafted food, handmade goods, crafts and art. Local musicians will perform.

Saturday, July 9 

Smith Neck Friends flea market

​​The Smith Neck Friends Meeting Annual Flea Market will be held on Saturday, July 9 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the meeting house on 594 Smith Neck Road. Rain date is July 16.

Along with purchasing items at this handicap accessible event, the Friendly Circle will sell baked goods and a luncheon including lobster rolls, stuffed quahogs, and sandwiches.

Donations for the flea market  are welcome, but TVs or computers are not. Vendors may rent an 8 ft table for $20 with chairs.

Do yoga, drink mimosas

The Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust will host a yoga session on Saturday, July 9 from 9 to 11 a.m. at its Helfand Farm location at 318 Chase Road.

The session will be conducted by Dartmouth-based instructor Eileen Waxler and will last one hour. After 10 a.m. students of legal drinking age can partake in mimosas and pastries.

Cost of the event is $20.

Listen to the community band

The Dartmouth Community band will perform at Apponagansett Park from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Shows are free to the public.
