Trick or treat parade

Padanaram Village is having their annual costume parade and trick-or-treating event. 

The parade starts at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31. Kids can show off their costumes and get candy from the local stores. 

The parade will start at the New Bedford Yacht Club, located at 208 Elm Street, but they ask that participants do not park there. The parade will end at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church located at 1351 Elm Street. 

The event is sponsored by the Padanaram Community Coalition and the Padanaram Business Association.
