MassAudubon will host a "Walk it Off" weekend hike following Thanksgiving. Participants will meet on Friday, November 25, 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. at the Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary.

The hike will include travel from the Allens Pond field station along the beach and onto the Quansett Trail, a scenic, calorie-burning blitz of approximately 6 miles. This program is for adults.
