Westport man charged with upskirting

Dartmouth police have charged a Westport man with upskirting while he was on the job at a local bank.

According to a press release, the department charged 54-year-old William Raus, of Westport, with three counts of upskirting – the act of photographing or recording a partially nude or nude person or sexual or other intimate parts of a person around the person's clothing.

According to police, the charges were the result of multiple incidents that allegedly occurred while Raus was employed at Citizens Bank’s Dartmouth branch.
