While it's not the winning $2.4 billion Powerball jackpot, one lucky person is now $50,000 richer after buying a ticket at a Dartmouth gas station.

According to Powerball, the Quick Pick winner was sold at the Speedway located at 91 Faunce Corner Road. The winner has yet to be identified.

Other winning $50,000 tickets were sold in Attleboro, Cambridge, Clinton, Dedham, Framingham, Marstons Mills, Medford, and Wilbraham. To win this prize, 4 matching numbers are needed, along with the Powerball number.

Meanwhile, a $1 million ticket was sold in Quincy. To win the $1 million prize, the ticket had to match five numbers.

The over $2 billion jackpot belongs to a very lucky California resident.

Prizes worth $50,000 and over, including the jackpot, can be collected from the Massachusetts State Lottery headquarters, which is located in Dorchester.

A jackpot winner has 60 days from the date of the drawing to choose between taking the money as a lump sum or annuity payments. If a jackpot payment isn’t confirmed within this timeframe, the state will default to annuity payments.
