Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary will host a free Beach Ramble hike and nature exploration session, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and explore nature. Sanctuary employees and volunteers will lead ramblers on an educational journey through grassland meadow, by the salt pond, through a sandy beach, and onto a rocky outcrop. It is family friendly, suitable for children between the ages of 5 and 17. Participants should dress for an outdoor hike and bring water, sunscreen and bug spray. Binoculars, scopes and cameras encouraged. This event requires registration online at massaudubon.org.
