Judith (Dufour) Amaral, 68, of Dartmouth, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Gilbert Amaral.

Born in Fall River, MA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Gaston and Lorraine (Joncas) Dufour. Judith had been an administrator at UMass Dartmouth University for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Gilbert; brother, Michael Dufour and his wife Christine; sisters, Paula Bryant and her husband Dave and Karen Hall and her late husband Don; sister-in-law’s, Terry Martin and Kathleen Aranjo; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Judith’s funeral services will be private due to the recent mandated restrictions in regards to the Covid-19 pandemic. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
