Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Christopher Lee for a proposed house addition, expansion of an existing driveway and subsequent property landscaping; within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, and within the Buffer-Zone to a Salt Marsh; on land described as Map 111, Lot 3 or 34 W Smith Neck Road. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday February 11, 2025.
