Ed.), you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held by the Select Board of the Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, on July 14, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in Room 304 of Town Hall. This hearing is in response to a petition submitted by NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy to install 1 new JO pole with anchor on Flag Swamp Road, Dartmouth. This pole location is necessary to provide electric service to #408 Flag Swamp Road.
All interested parties are invited to attend and provide input.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Jonathan & Eve Rounds c/o Mark A. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION WATERWAYS REGULATION PROGRAM

Notice of License Application Pursuant to M. G. L. Chapter 91 Waterways License Application Number 25-WW01-0083-APP Pamela R. Trippe Trust, Westport River, 24 Valentine Lane, Westport NOTIFICATION DATE: July 5, 2025

Public notice is hereby given of the waterways application by the Pamela R. Trippe Trust to license, repair and maintain an existing stone / concrete seawall, three floating pier sections, beach access stairs and to construct and maintain three float piles, a second beach access stairway and add float stops to each floating dock section at 24 Valentine Lane in the municipality of Westport, in and over the waters of the Westport River. The proposed project has been determined to be water-dependent.

The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways application received within 30 days subsequent to the “Notification Date”. Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten citizens or more, with at least five of the ten residents residing in the municipality(s) in which the license or permitted activity is located, to submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c).
