Attend the 24th annual Martin Luther King Jr Breakfast

UMass Dartmouth will be holding its 24th annual Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Breakfast on Friday, Jan. 30 beginning at 8:30 a.m.
The breakfast will take place in The Marketplace on UMass Dartmouth’s campus and is meant to honor King’s legacy and celebrate his vision, leadership and commitment to equality, justice and inclusive community engagement.
The morning will begin with a full breakfast, musical performances and remarks from Chancellor Mark Fuller.
Dr. Keisha N. Blain, a New York Times bestselling author and award-winning historian will be the keynote speaker. Blain is a Professor of Africana Studies and History at Brown University and is recognized for her impactful scholarship on Black women’s leadership in social justice movements.
Parking is available in lots 4 and 5. This event is free for UMass Dartmouth students and costs $40 for non-students.
