The Department of Public Works has announced a couple road projects slated for the end of summer.

From Aug. 31 to Oct. 9, road construction is scheduled for Rock O’ Dundee Road and Fisher Road. The affected area of Rock O’Dundee Road is between Bakerville Road and Russells Mills Road. The affected area on Fisher Road is between Old Westport Road and Cedar Dell Way.

Road work will occur between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The Department of Public Works warns that delays are to be expected and suggests that drivers seek alternate routes.
