Dartmouth resident now managing bank branch
Dartmouth’s Kaitlyn Silva has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager for Bristol County Savings Bank’s East Freetown office, the Taunton-based bank announced Thursday, Aug. 29.
Silva will be responsible for the management of branch operations, customer relations as well as new business development in this role.
Prior to her most recent promotion, Silva served as an assistant branch manager at the same office in addition to her work as a Universal Banker at its Dartmouth branch.
Through the Bank’s community outreach, she has volunteered at several local non-profit organizations, including United Way of Greater New Bedford, Women’s Money Matters, Meeting Street and Boys & Girls Club of Fall River.
Silva earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and her associate’s degree from Bristol Community College.
