GREATER NEW BEDFORD REGIONAL REFUSE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Greater New Bedford Regional Refuse Management District invites proposals for the long-term lease of certain District-owned property in Dartmouth, MA, including portions of the capped areas of the Crapo Hill Landfill, for solar photovoltaic projects, as described in the RFP #26-01, in accordance with M.G.L. c.30B, §16.
RFP #26-01 may be obtained on or after April 1, 2026 by emailing lferreira@gnbrrmdistrict.org.
An optional site visit will be held April 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Crapo Hill Landfill, 300 Samuel Barnet Blvd., New Bedford, MA.
Proposals are due May 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria set forth in the RFP and awarded to the most advantageous proposer. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from 57 Naushon Avenue LLC, c/o David Davignon to repair the existing sloped stone rip-rap seawall in the same footprint within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank on land described as Map 88, Lot 55 or 57 Naushon Ave. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2025 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through June 30, 2027. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday April 14, 2026. Login information for the meeting appears on the agenda posted on the Dartmouth Conservation Commission page of the Town of Dartmouth website. All interested parties should log into the meeting and be present at that time.
