TAX RATE SETTING HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held on December 15, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in Room 304 at the Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth with the Select Board and the Board of Assessors for the purpose of determining the percentages of the tax levy to be borne by each class of real and personal property for FY26 for the Town of Dartmouth as required by M.G.L. Chapter 40, Section 56 as amended. This public hearing will be held relative to a report from the Board of Assessors on the method of taxation. Public comment, both oral and written is welcome at this hearing on the method of tax classification.

Request for Qualifications
The Dartmouth Department of Public Works, hereafter referred to as the “Awarding Authority,” invites sealed responses for furnishing Development of Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan (CWMP) in the Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, in accordance with specifications and conditions available on or after December 3, 2025, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, at the:

or by forwarding a request via email to rtavares@dartmouthma.gov
Responses will be received up to 10:30 a.m. on January 13, 2026.
* If, at the deadline for receipt of responses, the Department of Public Works is closed due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable events, the deadline will be postponed until 10:00 a.m. on the next normal business day.
An inspection of the facilities will be on December 11, 2025, commencing at 10:30 a.m. at the Water Pollution Control Facility, 759 Russells Mills Road, Dartmouth MA 02748.

The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in responses submitted and to accept any response or part thereof, and to reject any and all responses, or any part of any response if it be in the interest of the Town of Dartmouth to do so.
