NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Joao Lopes for the proposed installation of a ground mounted solar array with associated pile installation and utility trenching; within the Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland; on land described as Map 192, Lot 55 or 15 Francis Street. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday January 7, 2025. Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. on the petition of Robert Mahowald who is seeking a Special Permit to add 600 sq. ft (approximately 300 sq.ft per floor) to the pre-existing non-conforming cottage and increasing the gross floor area of an accessory apartment from 1000+/-sq.ft. to 1600 +/- sq.ft. at 261 Elm Street which does not comply with the Towns Zoning by-laws (Article 10 Section 375-10.2 (E) Special Permit Uses.
