Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the After the Fact Notice of Intent from Alfred Brum for trail restoration and the 24x40 addition to a detached building within the Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland on land described as Map 62 Lot 26 & 27 or 585 Hixville Road. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025.
