TOWN OF DARTMOUTH
BOARD OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31 the Dartmouth Board of Health, at its meeting of 11 February 2026, adopted the Town of Dartmouth Board of Health Tobacco and Restricted Products Regulations. These Regulations create requirements relative to the retail sales of tobacco products and other similar products now defined as Restricted Products. Restricted Products include but are not limited to conventional tobacco type materials, components, electronic devices, hemp wraps and hemp cigarettes. The Regulations also include restrictions on smoking in certain places largely consistent with the requirements of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Copies of the revised regulations, entitled Town of Dartmouth Board of Health Tobacco and Restricted Products Regulations in their entirety, are available at the office of the Board of Health, 400 Slocum Road, North Dartmouth. Effective: March 12, 2026.

and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq):
PHH Mortgage Corporation
claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in South Dartmouth, numbered 649 Horseneck Road, given by Elizabeth May Amaral to Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, dated March 16, 2007, and recorded in Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 8576, Page 314, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.
If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before 4/13/26 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.
