Notice is hereby given under M.G.L., Chapter 40A, Section 5 (The Zoning Act) of a PUBLIC HEARING to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026.
This public hearing will have no physical location but rather will only be held remotely through the Zoom application. For zoom information, please contact the Planning Office or view the agenda, which can be found on the Town Website.
The hearing concerns a proposed warrant article for the June 2, 2026, Spring Town Meeting:
To see if the Town will vote to amend §375-24 of the Zoning Bylaw, dealing with Site Plan Review. This article would amend §375-24 for Site Plan Review to update the language – removing outdated sections and updating the submission process. Other sections of Article 24 are to be included in proposed regulations for Site Plan Review, with the intent to provide the Planning Board with an expanded regulatory authority during the Site Plan Review process.

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. on the petition of Paul Flanagan who is seeking a Special Permit to install an 18’ x 40’ in-ground swimming pool on a parcel containing approximately 18,295 square feet (+/-). The proposed pool will increase the total lot coverage from 3,703 square feet (20%) to 4,807 square feet (26%). (Article 375-28.5 (8) Prohibited uses)
