Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Marc and Joanne Duphily and Medeiros-Duphily for a residential dwelling with associated grading, pool, utilities, well and landscaping in the Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland on land described as Map 77 Lot 3 or Flag Swamp Road.
