Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. in Meeting Room 304, Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA on the petition of Robert DeSimone, who is seeking a Use Variance to operate a general veterinary practice with a surgical suite. (Article 19, Section 375-19.2, Allowed Uses) (Article 43, Section 375-43.3, Use Variances) The property is located at 94 Faunce Corner Road in the Office Park District and Faunce Corner Overlay District and identified on Assessor’s Map 183 as Lot 74. This case was previously approved February 10, 2021, but due to unforeseen circumstances the Use Variance expired. Notice of License Application Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 91 Waterways License Application Number 22-WW01-0044-APP
Jeffrey & Marion Webster

NOTIFICATION DATE: September 22, 2022

Public notice is hereby given of the waterways application by the Jeffrey & Marion Webster to construct and maintain a pier, ramp, boat lift and floats, maintain an existing groin and stone seawall and provide beach nourishment at 1 Redwood Street in the municipality of Dartmouth, in and over the waters of Clarks Cove. The proposed project has been determined to be water-dependent.

The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways application received within 30 days subsequent to the “Notification Date”. Failure of any municipality, aggrieved person or group of ten citizens or more, with at least five of the ten residents residing in the municipality(s) in which the license or permitted activity is located, to submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c).

TOWN OF DARTMOUTH CABLE TELEVISION
LICENSE RENEWAL PROCEEDING

The Town of Dartmouth Board of Selectmen, as cable television licensing authority under MGL 166A, s. 1, and/or its designated Cable Advisory Committee will hold a cable television license renewal public ascertainment hearing in Room 304 at Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. as part of the Town’s Comcast cable television license renewal process. The Comcast license is due to expire September 5, 2023 and the federal Cable Act, 47 USC 546, requires a public proceeding to ascertain the community’s cable-related needs and interests as part of the license renewal process. Public comment is invited regarding the Town’s license renewal needs and interests. For further information and copies of renewal records available for public inspection, contact the Select Board Office c/o Town Hall or 508-910-1813. If and when Comcast files a license renewal application a copy shall be available for public inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk.
