Concerning a Proposed Health Care Project
The Children’s Hospital Corporation located at 300 Longwood Avenue, Boston, MA 02115 intends to File a Notice of Determination of Need (“Application”) with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for a Conservation Project by Boston Children’s Hospital located at 300 Longwood Avenue, Boston, MA 02115. The application requests approval for the following: (1) modernization of our sterile processing functions, (2) hospital wide building renewals to maintain current operations, (3) architectural fees to radiology departments and (4) architectural fees for certain outpatient areas. The total value of the Proposed Conservation Project is $26,498,000. This Application includes projects at the Longwood Campus as well as our Lexington, Peabody, North Dartmouth, and Waltham satellite locations. The Applicant does not anticipate any price or service impacts on the Applicant’s existing Patient Panel as a result of the Proposed Conservation Project. Any ten Taxpayers of Massachusetts may register in connection with the intended Application by not later than October 14, 2023 or 30 days from the Filing Date, whichever is later, by contacting the Department of Public Health, Determination of Need Program, 250 Washington Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02108.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Dartmouth Fire District No.1, Dartmouth, Massachusetts, acting through its Prudential Committee, is requesting proposals from qualified designers, as defined in M.G.L. c. 7C, § 44, for the planning and design of Additions and Renovations of the existing Fire Station DFD1 which serves residents of Dartmouth Fire District No.1, Dartmouth, Massachusetts. The estimated construction budget is $6,000,000.00. This RFQ is issued in conformance with, and subject to, the Design Selection Procedures that the Prudential Committee adopted on 6/28/23. If on the date and time of the submittal deadline the building is closed due to an uncontrolled event such as Fire, snow, ice, wind or building evacuation, the submittal deadline will be postponed until 2:00 p.m. on the next normal business day.
