Lorraine Y. (Tetreault) Pelletier, 78, of Dartmouth, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 in Alden Court. She was the wife of the late Albert D. Pelletier.

Born in Acushnet, a daughter of the late Joseph A. and Yvonne (Lizotte) Tetreault, she was a lifelong resident of the South Coast. Lorraine was self-employed as a housekeeper for many years. She loved her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; she loved the classic music of the 50s, she was an avid gardener, and took great pride in her yard. Lorraine was an active volunteer for many years at Alden Court.

Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Lisa Ann Onofrey and her husband Douglas of Dartmouth; her grandchildren, Shayna Onofrey and her fiancé Steven Pacheco and Lauren Onofrey and her fiancé Paul Fernandes all of Dartmouth; her great-grandchildren, Rashid Hazzard, Cooper and Colby Pacheco and Nevaeh Fernandes and several cousins. She was the mother of the late Donald J. and Michael A. Pelletier.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church. Relatives and friends are invited. Visitation Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Waring-Sullivan Home at 230 Russells Mills Road. Burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
