Parks & Recreation selling beach, park stickers for summer

Sticker purchases for the summer of 2016 are now available. Continuing this season, all sticker purchases must be made by check, payable to the Town of Dartmouth.

The Parks & Recreation Department will offer the All Facilities Sticker which includes access to Dartmouth Regional Park and Trails, Round Hill Beach, Jones Park, Apponagansett Park and Russells Mills Landing. The cost of this sticker is $35.00 and $25.00 for senior citizens 65+.

Round Hill day passes will be available to residents only at $15 per day Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Jones and Apponagansett Park day passes will be sold daily to residents and non-residents at $10 per vehicle.

Round Hill Beach will open June 18, Jones Park will open June 25 and Apponagansett Park will open July 1 through Labor Day.

Dartmouth Regional Park and Trails, located on Old Fall River Road, features a wide variety of both active and passive recreational facilities including volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, a playground area, a little league field, a soccer/football field, picnic grove, pavilion and walking trail. The park will be open year round, weather permitting.

Stickers may be purchased Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Parks & Recreation office located on the lower level of the Town Hall, room 108. You must bring your current car registration of the vehicle in which the sticker will be placed.
