Padanaram Fest
A cherished summertime tradition returns in Padanaram Village on Saturday, July 26, as the Padanaram Summer Festival looks to bring a full day of fun to the historic harborfront from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Each year, local businesses get in on the fun, setting up sidewalk sales, free giveaways and pop-up treats to help draw shoppers in. Some highlights this year include free snow cones and cornhole at Anne Whiting Real Estate, balloon creations at EF Cost Recovery and a mini lobster roll station outside the Sail Loft.
The Kids Zone, open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the top of Elm Street near Gibson Sotheby’s, is also returning this year.
Vineyard Vibes
Christmas is coming to town a bit early this year and it's bringing an array of goods, live music and free activities and games to Running Brook Vineyard & Winery over the July 26 and 27 weekend.
Hosted from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. each day, Seth Viveiros and the Vineyard welcomes the community to join in on “Vineyard Vibes Christmas and July” — a weekend of fun for family and friends.
Don’t miss the opportunity to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and design an ornament.
The Vineyard, located at 335 Old Fall River Road, will be packed with vendors for jewelry, photography, handmade goods, baked goods and there will also be food trucks with lots to do.
Concert on the Green
Get headbanging at the annual summer Concert on the Green hosted by the Dartmouth Police Relief Association. The concert will take place on Saturday, July 26 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and will feature an Aerosmith Tribute Band called “Draw the Line.”
Gates open at 5 p.m. and the concert will be located at the Dartmouth Regional Park and Trails property located at 443 Old Fall River Road.
Tickets are available at the gate for a $10 donation. Food, beer and wine concessions will be offered. Those attending are encouraged to bring a lawn, beach, or camping chair to the green.
The concert will support the Dartmouth Police relief Association, a non-profit organization that supports Dartmouth police officers, retirees and their families by providing death and accident benefits.
