Dartmouth receieves state funds

Senator Mark Montigny announced Dartmouth will be receiving an increase of 8.6%, or $3,406.890 in unrestricted state aid in Fiscal Year 2027. 

This is due to an infusion of $53 million in the Senate’s budget proposal. 

This is on top of $170,000 for a new Dartmouth school bus and musical equipment, and the $490,750 to offset the cost of cleanup and response with the blizzard. 

The Town of Dartmouth will be able to use this funding at its discretion.
