Elevating the art of roasted vegetable

Learn to properly prepare a variety of roasted vegetables with the Council on Aging, including unique chopping and roasting techniques for each vegetable.
During the event on Thursday, April 23 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., attendees will be making and eating garlic rosemary roasted vegetables with lemon tahini sauce.
Attendees must bring their own knife and cutting board. Preregistration is required, which can be done by calling 508-999-4717. The event costs $5 for members of the Council on Aging.
