INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Dartmouth invites sealed bids for the renovation to the Dartmouth DCTV Building located at 247 Russells Mills Road, South Dartmouth, MA 02748 in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Brewster Thornton Group Architects, LLP in Providence, Rhode Island.
General Project Description:
The Project will consist of an exterior renovation to the existing Dartmouth DCTV building, including
reshingling of the exterior walls, sheathing replacement, trim replacement, patching and repairing of concrete, site regrading, railing replacement/installation, roof overhang installation, and painting.
The construction delivery method is Design-Bid-Build. Construction is estimated to take approximately 3 months to complete. This is an occupied building during construction and access must be maintained. The awarded General Contractor will be required to provide a proposed schedule for approval and inclusion in the construction contract. This project will not be required to meet any additional third-party certifications, such as LEED, Green Globes, WELL, etc.

Documents are made available to all bidders in electronic form at no cost. Bidders desiring hard copies shall be solely responsible for all costs related to the printing and shipping of hard copy documents.
