DARTMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Patrick Carney, Sr. c/o Jeffrey Couture for a 222’ Pile-supported dock and float system located on a coastal waterfront property within the following jurisdictional area; Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage; Land Under the Ocean; a Coastal Beach; Land Containing Shellfish; Rocky Intertidal Shore; within the 100-ft buffer to a Coastal Bank and within both Estimated and Priority Habitat on land described as Map 118, Lot 133 or 21 Rockland Farm. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2025 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through June 30, 2027. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday July 21, 2026.
