Dartmouth will be receiving a $135,000 grant from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection for several upgrades in the Department of Public Works.
These funds will heap pumps at the DPW's administration building, more energy efficient transformers at the wastewater treatment plant and LED lighting upgrades at DPW facilities across town.
"All things that likely would've been needed we were able to get funded through a grant," Town Administrator Cody Haddad said at a Select Board meeting on Monday, April 13.
