Needle felted wildflower hoop
In this needle felting class scheduled for Friday, July 10, create a stunning felted landscape showcasing mountains and vibrant wildflowers. Using a barbed needle, loose wool fibers and a felt-backed embroidery hoop, learn how to “paint” with wool.

Saint George Greek Festival
The annual Saint George Greek festival returns, with food, pastries and “Yiayia’s Attic” yard sale.
The event will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 10 and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 11.
It will be held at Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, located at 186 Cross Road.
Tuesday, July 14
Spread the light African drumming
On Tuesday, July 14 partake in an immersive drum workshop, which will focus on elements of traditional rhythms from Ghana and West Africa. Participants will explore topics such as polyrhythm and call and response, all of which will be played on authentic, hand-crafted instruments.
This event is best for ages 5 and up and will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Southworth Library and at 4 p.m. at the North Branch Library.

Wednesday, July 15
“Redline Band” continues Summer Concert Series
The 26th Annual Concert Series at Apponagansett Park continues on Wednesday, July 15. The concerts, which are hosted by the Dartmouth Parks and Recreation Department, will be on Wednesday nights through Aug. 26.
“Redline Band” will play on July 15 at Apponagansett Park as part of the Annual Concert Series. The band will cover songs from all genres, including country, pop and alternative.
The concert runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Admission is $5, and is free for kids 11 and under. Guests should bring blankets and chairs.
