Mar 14, 2020
The Dartmouth Youth Soccer Association has suspended all activities, including the Micro program, until April 15, the association announced on March 13.

GPS Viper teams are suspending activities until March 30.

DYSA president Robert Long stated in the announcement that the association is “monitoring the current situation daily.”

Once the season gets underway, Long’s statement continued, in order to keep families safe, DYSA will change all soap and paper towel dispensers in its restrooms to hands-free units.

Cleaning of restrooms will be ramped up, and a hands-free sanitizing station will be added to the hallway outside of the restrooms.

“My hope is to wipe down all surfaces after every game or as often as possible,” Long wrote. “Please be patient as we navigate these uncharted waters.”
