Farmers market
The Dartmouth Farmers Market continues on July 24 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at St. Mary's Parish Center at 795 Dartmouth Street.
The farmer's market features local farms, food producers, artisans, live music and community programming, and organizers are also seeking additional vendors.
All forms of payment will be accepted, including SNAP, HIP and Senior and WIC Farmers Market Coupons.

Book cover painting
In this workshop scheduled for Friday, July 24, participants will paint book covers on a real brick, perfect for a bookshelf or garden display. Supplies will be provided.
The workshop will be held at 2 p.m. at the Southworth Library at 732 Dartmouth Street.

Padanaram Festival
The Padanaram Summer Festival and Sidewalk Sale is coming back on Saturday, July 25 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This also means the Kidz Zone is coming back. Kids of all ages will have tables across from Sailloft.

Tuesday, July 28
Ed the Wizard
Magic will be meeting real science on Tuesday, July 28. Using common household items, kids will learn and help perform magical feats like transfiguration, vanishes, levitation and other forms of "Alchemy Magic."
This event is best for ages 5 and up and will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Southworth Library and at 4 p.m. at the North Branch Library.

Wednesday, July 29
Summer Concert series
The 26th Annual Concert Series at Apponagansett Park continues on Wednesday, July 29. “Hardwire,” a six-piece rock band will play a number of favorites from the 1970s to today on July 29.
The concert runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Admission is $5, and is free for kids 11 and under. Guests should bring blankets and chairs. Tickets and passes can be purchased at this link. Apponagansett Park is located at 740 Dartmouth Street.
