Five Dartmouth firefighters graduate academy

Class 122 of the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy’s Call/Volunteer Recruit Firefighter Training Program graduated on Wednesday, Nov. 5 Of the 26 graduates, five are from Dartmouth. 

The graduates are Chase Medeiros from District 1, Andrew Mason and Jake Gidley from District 2, and Maxwell Boyle and Brendan Livesey from District 3.

"Massachusetts firefighters are on the frontlines protecting their communities every day, and today's graduates are needed now more than ever," said State Fire Marshal Jon Davine.
