Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the request to Amend an Order of Conditions from James Mullen & Nola Anderson c/o Crawford Land Management, the applicant seeks to manage an additional small stand (approximately 395sf) of Phragmites australis located west of the existing dwelling along a portion of Beach Lane within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to a Coastal Beach, on land described as Map 87, Lot 1 or 0 Beach Lane. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2025 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through June 30, 2027. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday March 24, 2026. The hearing concerns a proposed warrant article for the June 2, 2026, Spring Town Meeting:
To see if the Town will vote to amend §375-24 of the Zoning Bylaw, dealing with Site Plan Review. This article would amend §375-24 for Site Plan Review to update the language – removing outdated sections and updating the submission process. Other sections of Article 24 are to be included in proposed regulations for Site Plan Review, with the intent to provide the Planning Board with an expanded regulatory authority during the Site Plan Review process.

The proposed project has been determined to be water-dependent.
The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways application received within thirty (30) days subsequent to the “Notification Date”. Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten citizens or more, with at least five of the ten residents residing in the municipality(s) in which the license or permitted activity is located, to submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c).
